  • Personal Identification Document;
  • Proof of address;
  • Salary receipts for the past 3 months / or proof of other income received regularly;
  • Declaration by the employer with the current salary, type contract, bonus, position and seniority;
  • Bank statements from the last 3 months (main account);
  • Expense receipts (eg mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and other loans);
  • Annual income statement and respective settlement document;
  • Statement of credit verification from a legally certified provider.

SELF-EMPLOYED

  • Personal Identification Document;
  • Proof of address;
  • Bank statements for the past 3 months (main account);
  • Balance sheet and statements for the past two years and / or statements of taxes paid by the company in the last two years with proof of payment;
  • Accounting Certificate;
  • Declaration of assets and expenses (where applicable).
